I am disappointed that the return policy on a helmet that has hit the ground no longer can be sent back for a discount on a new helmet but I was very pleased with the way they handled my return on a helmet that was bought before 2021. The process was easy and the response was very fast.

I am a lifelong hunter-jumper rider who is starting, now, in 3 day eventing. I wanted to upgrade my helmet and, based on comments and feedback from people I know, I bought a Trauma Void EQ3 micro fiber helmet. First, it's very attractive. This will be a great helmet to show in. Also, I rode in it for the first time a few nights ago and HOLY COW it is so comfortable. Light and well constructed. I am very happy with my purchase.
