The button that adjusts the hight of the extending legs fell off my recliner chair somewhere and I lost it, had to hold the telescopic leg in with tape. Emailed Cipherint who deal with spares, even though I have had the chair years and well out of warranty they sent a replacement metal clip, spring and button to repair it, all free. Took me a seconds to fit them and working perfectly. lot of negative reviews but I cant fault the service I received.

Bought a Tempest 200 2 1/2 years agom, 11 months after buying a pole sheered off. This was replaced under warranty after contacting them numerous times only to be told the pole was out of stock (says it all). 18 motnhs later being used a maximum of 4 times, the exact same pole has snapped, guess what.... out of stock again. Every other pole is in stock, this one is out of stock.... again says it all. Contacted Trakker, pole due back in stock Feb 2027!! Its a shame everyone trusts this brand as a great bivvy, because the customer support and care is absolutely shocking. Move away from Trakker people, they don't care at all once you have made the purchase.

Absolutely shocking. This company's products are now so bad and they have so many issues they have set up ANOTHER company " Cipher" to take the flack. Having been a customer since day one and having so many issues that have been so poorly handled I'll never spend another penny....and would recommend noone else does. Sure all the "influencers" that get their kit free would disagree...but thats what the industry has become.

I purchased a newer version of the trakker nxg 12ft 2 rod padded sleeve for my son, we bought it from go outdoors Huddersfield when we got it home the description doesnt match the box, it clearly states on the box that there is internal rod divider but the rod bag 100% doesnt, i did email trakker to see if they knew this, tbh, they didn't seem to bothered about it just go back to the store you bought it from no request of photos or anything, for a premium brand the service on this matter is poor as I would imagine all 2 rod sleeves are miss sold and not as described!!!!!

I bought a Trakker Levelite Longback chair. Claimed to be "award-winning". However, this thing is too tall to fit under a brolly and it's too uncomfortable to use with the top folded down. When this gets wet it takes a week to dry out. It is ridiculously large to cart about, the arms are flimsy and appear will soon fail and it's not even comfortable. This qualifies to be "awarded" the most useless item of fishing kit that I have ever been silly enough to buy! This companies website does not have a postal address, email address or a telephone number, consequently, I posted my review on their Facebook page, however, this was deleted in minutes. You have been warned!
