WOW absolutely legendary company
WOW absolutely legendary company . I've been collecting polypropylene training weapons for a while now and recently came across these guy's. I took a punt and ordered half a dozen items . They arrived super fast and I was very impressed with the quality of each item . Unfortunately 1 of my pieces arrived damaged . This obviously happened at the source factory so I didn't hold training knives responsible but I contacted them anyway . Being as they're in USA 🇺🇸 and I'm in UK 🇬🇧 I assumed it would be back and forth over a few days because of time difference etc . Absolutely not , I asked for their advice , they replied by asking for pics of the damage , hey presto full refund no drama . A lady called Mary helped me so thanks Mary and too all the peeps at training knives.com . You've got yourselves a customer for life due to shipping speed , quality of items and outstanding customer service . Thank you so much and have a great weekend.
