DO NOT recommend. I booked a bus ticket through them, operated by megabus. My trip got cancelled, last minute and they didn't even send me a notification. I was stuck in the hotline for over an hour waiting to get information on an alternative trip. The next bus operated by megabus as well was filling up quickly and I had to reach my destination somehow. So while I was waiting to speak to somebody from trailways on the phone, I had bought the next available bus ticket to my destination with megabus (who was the original operator anyways) at the ticket counter. I tried to get a refund from trailways but they referred me to refundable.me. Both are refusing to reimburse me the cost of an extra 180 CAD for the two bus tickets that I had to book onsite. The customer service on the phone wasn't helping my case. It can't be that my trip gets cancelled without notification and then the cost for me to reach my destination are not even being covered, impossible...I demand reimbursement for the extra cost.

The worst bus company ever. They abandoned us at a stop, from 30min to the limit of the us. Without our baggage.

The bus was on time and very clean. However I was expecting Megabus not Trailways but I guess they work together as I booked it on the Megabus website . The driver was very pleasant communication was excellent. We were informed every step of the way and even had a nice break where we could get food for the long journey along the way. The driving was very smooth and we also had a video to indicate the safety aspect of the bus and how to get off in an emergency. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
