Searching the internet on what the best Trailer sealant product I can buy for 2023. I came across Apitong Oil from Trailer Decking Supplies & Services while doing my research, I know in the old days and even now everyone likes to use old Motor Oil or Motor Oil with Diesel to apply on their trailers or even some type of wood sealer from your local hardware store. The pro's and Cons of the using old motor oils is that it would protect the wood but it came with a cost as every time to me I felt that I would get on the trailer on hot days and felt that I would track oil foot prints back into Garage or home as it seemed to truly never dry on your trailer. Water Sealers was like throwing your time and money away, They really did not do much fo protecting your trailer flooring as I felt the protection I would get would be only 3 to 6 months until you needed another application.. That being said the best protection is to use Tung Oil but it take so long time to dry that it is not truly feasibly as I mentioned about the motor oil but with the special additives that are incorporated into this oil and the one application needed was the reason I choose this product for my 2023 Diamond C Trailer. Will I use them again even though the cost for the apitong oil is higher then other sealants I guess time will tell. I have always believed that it is best to pay a little bit more now as it will save more in the long run. Currently I am truly pleased on how my trailer turned out which is actually soaking in the wood and drying as what you would not expect. i truly recommend this product as the finish on my trailer is the best I have ever seen or done an any type of sealant application.
