Do not order, do not pay! In my experience, this company is an outright scam — no refund, and no one responds to emails.

It'sa knife shaped object but it's unusable as it is. I ordered it on the Thursday 30th October at 2am online. I received the order confirmation right away. I heard nothing more until Sunday 09th November. I emailed them the Thursday before, and still haven'thad a reply to my question of where is my order. The order was delivered on Tuesday 11th November. The knife I ordered looks the same, however inside the plastic bag it came in, it is covered in brown oil and metal shavings. It took a long time and a lot of scrubbing to get that off. That is when I realised the knife isn't sharp... At all! It's as blunt as a spoon. The curled tang is however, sharp, the edges of the part that forms the handle will cut you. So... useless. Luckily, I know how to grind it down and how to put an edge on, but as this is sold as a knife, it is wholly misleading to deliver something dirty and not sharpened. I won't be shopping with TrailBlazer supplies again.

Kyle Bolon was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with in addressing my issue. He is truly an asset to your organization.

I bought a Breeze Box based on rave reviews and an interview of the inventor. What was delivered was a little box labeled Air Cooler Fan. I tested it and it was a complete waste of time and money. I called the number on the invoice, and within a moment, was given a refund. I don't even have to return the item to the company. Every return should be so easy. Thanks Shantique!
