This course breaks down trading in a way that’s refreshingly simple and easy to understand. In fact, one of the biggest advantages is going into it with no prior knowledge at all. Seriously- if you're brand new to trading, that's a good thing. You won't have to unlearn bad habits or filter through conflicting strategies. You get to start with a clean slate and build your foundation the right way from the beginning. There’s a ton of learning material, and if you take the time to go through it, you’ll walk away with the tools you need to apply the strategy effectively. The content is clear, direct and designed to make you feel comfortable-even if you've only just begun to look at charts. One thing that really stood out to me was how hands-on Mike is throughout the process. I was honestly surprised by how responsive he was—any question or concern I had was met with thoughtful answers and guidance. When I first signed up, I expected to be left on my own to figure things out, but that wasn't the case at all. The support and mentorship are real. I especially recommend the extended course. While the main course gives you everything you need to start trading, the extended course dives deeper with real-life examples that helped connect the dots for me. Many of the questions I had early on were answered just by going through the extended content. One of the best parts of the extended course? A year of access to the training. I find myself going back to rewatch the videos often, and every time I do, I pick up something new. The lessons hit differently as your understanding grows. As with anything worthwhile, success comes down to how much you’re willing to apply what you learn. At one point in the course, Mike mentions developing your “spidey senses”—that intuitive feel for the markets. The Trading Template gives you all the tools you need to build those senses. Use them. Lean into the material. Listen to Mike’s advice. Watch the content repeatedly and don’t rush into live trading. Take your time learning the course, your chosen instrument, and your own trading rhythm. The strategy is surprisingly simple—but powerful. Be a diligent student, stay consistent- and with this course- the rewards should follow.

I’ve been studying Mike’s course for about 4 months and am seeing it work it’s magic in my trading. I’ve been inconsistent for years as a trader. I’ve failed for so long, that I’ve heard all the negative comments and jokes from co-workers and people who know of my dreams of being a profitable trader. I would constantly catch glimpse of their facial expressions that showed their doubts of my success or hear their lectures on why I’m simply gambling. The only thing I had going for me, was that I just won’t stop until I find something that works. After studying the course, and implementing the knowledge, I know I’ve found that something here with Mike. I have been in many trading circles, and have paid tens of thousands for courses/mentorships. And none of these things have been able to do for me what Mike’s course has done, which is, naturally get me to do the most important thing in trading - Protect my money/Money management. Mike’s course has a way of infusing one’s mind with the proper way of thinking, which leads to correct actions, which leads to profits. As I realigned my thinking to the proper way of seeing the markets and it’s movements, I’m naturally winning in this game. A video in the Extended Version of the course was very impactful. In it, Mike breaks down all the tools that one of his students uses to trade, and scientifically examines why they don’t work. That video alone helped me understand why I’ve been losing and the approach Mike took to document for himself what works. The extra recordings of Mike coaching some of his students were extremely valuable. Genius is taking what’s complex and making it simple. It’s not about adding more, but taking away what’s unnecessary. Trading can be a very complex world. When I first got Mike’s course, I couldn’t accept the simplicity of it all, “this can’t be it, this can’t be all I need to know and do to win in this game!” The cognitive dissonance and disbelief were a major struggle. I even bought more courses alongside Mike’s. Ones with fancy scripts, backtest data, and algorithms, and yet even those guys were struggling. No clue why I wanted things to be complex. I finally did what Mike suggested, and got rid of it all (wish I had saved the money on the other stuff). I vividly remember an evening where I struggled with the motions of throwing away all my trading books. I took a picture of the books in the trash can after a long battle with my attachment to them and sent it to Mike. Very slowly and reluctantly I started getting rid of everything on my trading charts (“noise” as Mike calls them). It wasn’t until I let it all go and put 100% focus on one thing, that my current success shows I never needed all the things that I was so attached to. (Which should have been obvious with my lack of success even with all those things) It’s quite Simple. What Mike has done is observed how the market moves. From these astute observations, he’s collected a handful of principles. Within those principles comes the tools that best allow for extracting profits from Market movements. Anyone can see these principles in action. There are multitudes of free charting software that make observing the markets accessible to everyone. Watch the lessons in the course and then go see in real-time in the charts, the principles and the tools in action. Mike’s simply reporting his observation of what is verifiable by all. The simplicity, paired with just a handful of principles, allows for the correct way of profitably seeing/thinking about the market. There isn’t a struggle, and “discipline” isn’t needed, once you see the principles and verify with your own chart time, that this is the simplest way to win in this game. That’s the whole point anyway, right? Find an efficient way to make “a lot” of money that doesn’t depend on location, And then go live your life the way you want. Once one learns from the course the correct way of seeing market movements and optimal times to engage and extract money, then the game is won. I was going through my files and chart screenshots from my past years of trading attempts, and in my notes, I could see the frustration, confusion and ignorance at the time. But having learned how to see and think in a certain way that is taught in Mike’s course, the charts were glaringly obvious now. I could see why I lost, I could see where I went wrong, and beyond the flaws I could see how I could have profited. It was always there, I just needed to be taught how to see. In any endeavor there are two aspects to success. One is the Person and their quality of effort, the other is the quality of the Information. In terms of the second part, the information is correct, accurate and absolutely powerful. It works. My trading has transformed. I’ve found what truly works . My name is Ken Larson, and I am writing this to give my honest assessment of Mike Aston's trading course. After reviewing and studying those who teach and sell courses on day trading, I have found this course to be by far the most sensible, understandable, and most logical way to engage the markets (all markets) with confidence and assurance. He teaches first and foremost the mindset, which is the most crucial aspect of being a profitable day trader. His trading "template" shows you precisely when to engage and exit a trade with a high probability for success. While some teach strategies that are confusing and not always accurate, forcing you to wait long periods of time for a setup to appear, Mike's teachings show you how to engage any instrument (stock,futures,forex) really any market almost immediately through what he describes as your "minds eye", which is your new found trained mindset! I look forward, every time i open up the charts, knowing how to engage the market, as i said earlier, with high probability setups and confidence with small losing trades and BIG gains! When I look back at others, some with many years of experience, I think to myself, how do they miss this clear, distinct movement of the market that tells you how to engage it successfully!? After losing big on a trade, looking back I see how Mike Aston’s trading template would have prevented me from losing most of my capital. His strategy is simple and easy to follow. The problem is is with me and my poor thinking. I was stubborn and impatient and that caused me to lose big on a trade. Follow Mike Aston’s trading template to the “T” and you will be successful. Also make sure you tune out all the noise from You Tube about how to trade because it will mess up your thinking. I highly recommend Mike Aston’s trading template. It will change your mindset.

Mike’s course is nothing short of a masterpiece! It is exactly what I was looking for. A real down to earth person, no flashy nonsense, and very relatable. Mike’s teaching and approach of delivering all the skills, knowledge and psychology for trading is spot on. Simple, clear, easy to understand and hands on learning. I really feel like I am in the room learning with Mike and his students. I have watched the main videos 3 times each and taken my own notes, and will watch the extra videos a second time over also. I am currently just over half way through the course and have started paper trading for practice and can already see how simple the concept is!… but only because of Mike’s teaching of the psychology behind it all. Mike has been quick to answer any questions I have had from the moment I first enquired. Trading Template is not your typical trading course. And if you’re thinking of learning how to trade and believe you should only go with someone who produces fancy, eye-catching videos, has a huge social media following, and shows off flashy cars, big houses, and exotic vacations, then please think again. My husband and I were at-home traders a few years ago and paid many thousands of dollars for: • a lifetime subscription to attend course after course after course to learn different strategies, including documents in binders for the strategies and chart patterns; • nice trips to learn these new strategies; and • promoted lawyers who created LLC’s and an estate trust to protect our future wealth. And this was all within one company who was trying to help us take control of our finances. Hmmm… Needless to say, my overwhelming “knowledge” of trading left me confused and frustrated, and I threw in the towel after a couple of years and a few big losses. Now that I’m within a few years of retirement and am looking for an at-home income stream, I decided to investigate trading again, because overall, I really enjoyed it. I came across Trading Template, and after scouring the website for any red flags, listening to an interview with founder, Mike Aston, and asking for the Lord to open this door if this was right for me, I decided to sign up for a course. Now that I’ve finished my term studying the Trading Template videos, I can honestly say that Mike is a down-to-earth man, who is easy to understand, and from the first video to the last, it’s impossible not to see that he has strong integrity and genuinely cares for his students and wants to see them succeed. Just a few of the standouts of his training include: • The course is easy to understand and includes Mike’s trading “template,” along with discussions on retraining your mind and emotions during trades. He teaches just one way to trade that he has found very profitable, not a multitude of strategies. • Mike humbly shares personal wins and frustrating loses and uses simple analogies to get his points across to students. No fast talking, high-tech language here. • During recorded one-on-one student teachings, Mike speaks calmly but firmly about issues that they’re having with their studies. (Sometimes we need that to change our thinking.) • Trading Template courses are uncomplicated, but Mike never gives the impression that watching his videos once will make you a millionaire. He encourages extensive practice with simulated trading until you know that you’re ready to trade with real money. • Mike has personally responded to my email questions quickly and professionally. • The two Trading Template courses are VERY reasonably priced. You may find free YouTube videos by other traders to learn a few things, but remember you get what you pay for. And if you want to take trading seriously, a good teacher deserves to receive compensation when he or she passes on experience and knowledge to you. What college has free tuition and doesn’t pay their professors? I’m still in the simulated (paper trading) stage of my training, but I’m learning from my mistakes and seeing big improvements. If I continue to “profit” with paper trading, in the near future I plan on opening a broker account to take my training live. With Mike’s help, I was able to let go of my previous trading mindset and start fresh. I don’t feel anxious or frustrated like I did in the past, and his template really works!
