Customer service is great. In Ross's Monday webinars he takes the news and breaks it down as to how it will affect the markets, so most can understand, no matter what stage your at in a trading carreer. He also simplifies the process of breaking down a chart as to whether to buy or not, what price to buy and always where to put the stop loss. Adding some of Ross's stock picks to my regular swing trading have paid for the all my courses including, the Life Time Ross's Trading Club. I'm looking forward to a very profitable future. Anytime I have had a question which I emailed to Traders Agency's Customer Service, I get a reply within 48 hours. The replies are clear, concise, and fully answer my questions. I get a sense that the Folks in Customer Service really care about their subscribers. THANK YOU for that ! !

I was initially concerned that I was going to be on hold for a good while. I actually reached someone right away. No wait at all. I explained that I was trying to get access to a product I'd purchased recently and was helped immediately. Overall, I am very happy with how easy it was to get it figured out.
