Never heard about this company but i receive daily emails from them under SMB News. About 5 a day. When i tried to unsubscribe i got on their website but that obviously is not working. Not even sure where to start, perhaps by reporting this company to commission officer for using my email address without consent and making it difficult to unsubscribe

I paid, same day I called and changed my mind and asked them to cancel and refund the money. I called 5 times. Finally this person - Christa called after 10 days, he says no refund and very rude. This kind of person is not supposed to be in the customer service. Bad for Ross Givens.very bad customer service.

I would like to know why this company does not respond to the people who have made negative comments against them, in order to make peace with their clients after they have taken their money. Every client deserves a response, not just kudos to the positive comments. This is not a sign of a Good Company !!!

If I could give this Insider Effect a negative I would. DO NOT GIVE THIS OUTFIT YOUR MONEY THINKING YOU WILL MAKE ANY MONEY. We signed up in July, bought and sold on the day we were advised. The ten companies we had we sold at the STOP LOST. Needless to say, we not only did not make one dime but lost several thousand dollars. My husband called the company asking that our initial sign up fee of $2000.00 be returned. Of course Chris would NOT refund that money but instead made us lifetime members. Can you believe such lunacy? Needless to say we are no longer following any advice from these people. If Insider Effect were a decent company they would have returned our money. We signed up on the advice of Dr. Steve Turley whom we will also write to so he is aware of this lousy crooked company.

Sick of unsubscribing to emails that I haven’t even subscribed to and then never actually unsubscribing me. Complete scam!

I have lost money. I went into Fire Traders which is awful. I was told that we would be getting the picks for us, after paying 1997 dollars I expected it. I have lost money on what Ross has sent. I had to close out my trading account. Every meeting we had was just to upsell. I believed so much in him. I have no money now. Have to wait for food stamps to eat. My car just died in front of where I live. I can't afford to fix it because I trusted Ross to help me make money. I called for help and was told to call my brokerage to help me. I don't use the program anymore and they don't have a refund policy. Ross, you are not the only one out there with " trade secrets". Lots of people do insider trading. All the investments you sent me all lost money. I wish you well and hope you sleep well. I don't sleep at all. I can't find work and have no income. I have no idea what I'm going to do now. Plus I put my payment to you on my credit card. I pay 50, they charge me 30 No transportation, nothing. I did ask for help. And I was charged 2000. I wish I had that money back. I joined Fire Trader in June 2023. Lifetime subscription.15 recommendations (9 down and 6 up) later i am -1% on my portfolio. Mediocre results! What was your promise again? Plus, your back-up team does not reply in a timely fashion.

I have been a member of his "Fire Trader" group for about six (6) weeks. There have been eleven (11) "Hot Buy Signals" in that period. Seven (7) hit their stop price within a few days meaning you lost money. The other four (4) were slightly profitable but no where enough to cover my losses. You are also continuously bombarded with "New" trading strategies they want you to purchase. I was doing fine on my own. I wish I could get my $2,000 back. I do NOT reccomend this company. 👎👎👎👎👎
