Just had a phone call from a ace gentleman Chris from Traders Agency. He sorted the problem out, it was a software bug. This gives an excellant impression of this company, good customer care, I actually do like their products a lot. Don`t have time to partake now, but might well buy more products for the future. Thanks Chris.
