My user ID and/or password would no longer work. When I notified Traders Agency they promptly sent me a link to do a reset and this solved the problem.

The rep knew I wasn't happy when I called. He assisted me anyway, and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. His name is Careeem. Give him a raise good Rep for your company. A classic example of what a customer rep should do to save an account for the company. Once again give him a raise.
