I got a very quick response which answered the question asked, to my satisfaction. Thank you Patti

I had a question that I could call or send an email to Support. I chose email for two reasons, one, my question was not urgent, and two, calling I would be jumping in front of another subscriber that might had a pressing problem and had had to wait for me. To my surprise, the email(s), arrived about 8 minutes later. I have other subscriptions that I have lifetime subscriptions, but never got an email response even close in 8 minutes, typically it will be several hours up to the next day. Enough said...
