They are very responsive. Very satisfied. One of their partners or representatives did not respond to an email. That is why I only rated 4 stars instead of 5.

Chris was very helpful and thorough.
Chris was very helpful and understanding with my issues. We had some very bad connections on the phone that he was willing to work through and made the best efforts to resolve my complaits.

I called to take advantage of Ross' "Alpha" service offer made on Wednesday, December 27th. Ben returned my call promptly and was very accommodating and helpful with getting me signed up for the program.
