I found their website old and clumsy. You can wait on hold 40 minutes and more for help. I have requested a refund. You need an appointment to get a refund. They have a money back guarantee Im sure this appt will be a high pressure push. I regret getting involved with this company. There are MUCH BETER less expensive options.

I agree with all the 1 star reviews. The business model seems to be to sell subscriptions. I have only gotten a few text alerts and to buy followed by text alerts to sell at a loss shortly after. No help on how to access the website or how to follow the stock recommendations. I get tons of “upgrade” offers but nothing on what I already bought. Total Scam and to the Podcasters promoting this- SHAME ON YOU!

Not clear instructions on how to use the system. Extremely expensive, and every call is for upselling TO PURCHASE THOUSANDS MORE IN PRODUCTS. I feel like it is very shady, and I lost money on every stock suggestion all losers. Come to find out I was supposed to buy ALL the stock suggestions, not just choose from the list given. The salesperson on the phone wanted to argue with me about how I had not followed instructions. Sorry, never got instructions, did not even have info on how to get questions asked. Guess I just fell through the cracks. If you are going to take 2k for your beginning courses AT LEAST HAVE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE or a call to find out if the customer understands your specific protocols.

I wanted to wait to share my feed back, so I waited two months , listen… These guys are great, but it seemed like it was more around, trying to sell you the dream than what you get back in the actual program , I signed up for the insider trade, and then a couple days later turns out that “black edge” was the next best thing and so I paid a total of $5500 to jump in for both, now the good thing is, it is a lifetime membership, but so far both have cost me money and I understand we’re in a downwards market, but with black edge, there should be put options that would work in your favor in a downwards market- they haven’t really been posting many alerts, so it’s been a bit disheartening, I kept getting other emails about “no fire stocks is the best join our webinar” and it’s like now that they got me on insider and black edged,they want to fund you FOMO on another program. During one of the webinars, Ross stated that we can call Lynn and see if they can make changes and or the representatives could work with you so I called in to see if I can switch my black edge over to fire stock since it’s so “the best way to double triple Return” but immediately got told no, it’s not possible. Like I said, these guys are great… but save your money I don’t recommend this. Look for the discord that are monthly subscriptions. A lot of of them are super helpful., I joined another one that does buy alerts, SPY option alerts, and in the last month I was able to profit about 6K which made up for the amount of money that I paid to traders agency. Traders agency – I apologize if this review is negative, but I have to be honest.

Just say no. Insider Effect is there to sell you on their advice and class. They do not inform you before purchasing any of their products there is no refund. I sent emails and called with questions. No response and no answer respectively. When I received no response it occurred to me they are not what they advertise. I will be seeking a full refund. They have proof I only saw what their agent directed me to see. They track what percentage you interact with their product. They direct to one spot in the class that has information. They basically turn you loose with no guidance and do not encourage you to interact with their product, which according to them is the bee's knees. Just say no.

Terrible. Total scam. I joined 3 weeks ago. SO far I lost $1500 I paid them plus 300$on 3 different losing stocks he suggested and zero gains. I don't understand how these people still have customers. I can understand occasional losing but not "ONLY LOSING" AFTER PAYING 1500. I regret joining him

Been in Insider Effect and Alpha Trader since May of 2024. I spent $4000 on these programs and have yet to break $2000 in unrealized gains. Realized losses, on the other hand, are significant. Most of the suggested trades stop out quickly and still others fail to appreciate much. Initially, the weekly meetings were informative, to a point, but thereafter have been repetitive sales pitches that make lofty promises. I think Ross makes his money on fees not stocks. The only benefit has been learning a bit about trading, but the cost has been intolerable. In reading the five-star ratings here, I see that most are customer service related. No one is raving about how much money they’ve made. Don’t waste your money with Ross. I also bought it on Steve Turley’s recommendation. I’ll be emailing him next.

This is an update. I've been asked to provide additional information. I've given enough information to expose this so-called service as a scam, but I have lost money on every recommendation this fraud made, despite following everything to a T. In addition, this fraudulent service makes stock "buy" recommendations, only to be followed by a "sell" within 24 hours, AND, I don't receive timely recommendations, despite having paid for this fraudulent service. It needs to be investigated. I signed up for two of his services that I can only describe as full scams. On his lectures, he shows what appears to be very successful trades and throws in a losing one or two to make himself look legitimate, but it's all a scam, because he issues buy and sell orders where he reverses the buy within a day or two and he completely removes these losing trades from his list of trades, which, of course, makes it look like the majority of his trades are very successful. Of course! When he removes every trace of his losing trades from his history of trades, leaving only the few that were positive, he looks extremely successful.
