Beware — trademark renewal/abandonment scam This company (or individual) sends unsolicited messages to business owners claiming your trademark application is "at risk of being abandoned" and demanding payment to resolve it. This is a scare tactic, not a legitimate notice — official trademark correspondence comes from your registered attorney or the relevant IP office, not random cold messages. Do not pay them anything. If you receive a message like this, verify directly with your trademark attorney or the official IP office before taking any action. Reporting as a scam.
