Avoid this company. They took $899 from me, promised a 48-hour filing turnaround, and went completely radio silent for a month while blaming fake "USPTO system outages." I checked the official government database—nothing was ever filed. I had to secure my brand myself and file a fraud dispute with my bank. Their 4-star homepage rating comes from only 3 reviews. Absolute scam. @trademarkseeds Has offered a full refund for services, I have not seen that refund at the time of writing. I welcome Trademark Seeds team to share our email and voice conversations, I will do the same to confirm every statement I had made in this review is correct. I'm curious where the "Rated Excellent — 1,200+ reviews" comes from, there are 4 available on Trustpiolot. Let us see if I get a refund, I will edit this review based on their actions.
