I had a great first experience with Simon, Cynthia, Brian, and the Trademark Clutch team. I was not privy to the process and how time consuming filing for a Trademark can be. They were very patient and responsive to all of my questions. I’m in the final stretch of the approval process and glad I made the decision to work with Trademark Clutch. All the best, M

Be careful with these guys, the trademarks & patents sound cheap, however they keep asking for more money using high pressure tactics, $1000 here, $3000 there, it never seems to end! You have so much invested, if you stop now, you will lose what you have spent!!!! They need to tell you upfront what the typical TOTAL costs are for their services!

I would give no stars if I could. Hire a reputable company. Every time they talk to you they need more money. The also wanted to charge $1000 me to write articles for me when I already had an online presence. Do not recommend. The person who submitted my paperwork was apparently fired, so I got a notice my application was abandoned. You are warned.

The very mention of trademark sends shivers down my spine, and with not much backing them, trusting Trademark Clutch with my first ever application was definitely a risk. But I'm thrilled to report they came through, and you are now looking at the proud owner of a Cafe, my retirement dream since the age of 20. Thank you to everyone, especially Adam for a job well done.

This business is not legitimate. They give legal opinions without being licensed to practice law. They use phony names to hide who they are. They claim to use actual trademark attorneys, but they don't actually work with any, and they won't identify any. Stay away and use an organization that knows what they are doing.

To all reading this. Please just find another company that will honor their original costs and proposals. No excuses no feeling like you have been painted into a corner after making a substantial payment for a small business. Just move onto a reputable company that will perform their job. This is written. By small business owner. BUYER BE AWARE.
