I bought two accounts with this firm from May 2026. This is also my second review since they've never actually reached out from my "first review" and i requested two payouts totaling to 190k and it's still in limbo mode for almost a month. I requested my payout on June 5th and it's already been the 25th yet the team has never contacted or reached out for a resolution. I'm at this point of believing they're doing it on purpose to breach my account for inactivity for July 5th. I also contacted the support and they've told me to wait over and over for an update and now they fully ghosted me! They're likely to respond to this review on how passionate they are to resolve my issues. This firm will not pay you out when you're requesting a big payout they'd rather give this away for marketing since it's better for their firm. STAY AWAY.

As we addressed in our reply to your first review: our position stands. The payouts remain on hold pending verification steps that haven't been completed on your end. Once those are completed, processing resumes in the standard cycle. To address the specific concern about inactivity: accounts with active payout cases aren't subject to inactivity termination. There is no scenario where these accounts close on July 5th due to inactivity while a payout is still open.
