A pure scam. They will burn your account with crazy fees
Stay away from Tradeify 247! This platform is designed as a complete trap to drain your account under the guise of trading conditions and challenges.
Here is how they rob you: They offer accounts and leverage, but they charge a 0.04% commission per side (0.08% round-trip) calculated on the entire notional (leveraged) value of the position, NOT on your account balance!
To put this into perspective: If you use leverage to open a $1,000,000 position, you will pay $4,000 just to open it and another $4,000 to close it — a total of $8,000 in fees for a single trade! Even using Limit Orders doesn't change or reduce this fee.
I closed a position with a gross profit of $5.4K, only to realize that the overwhelming majority of it was completely swallowed by these absurd, predatory commissions. Offering high leverage while charging massive percentages on the leveraged amount means the entry and exit fees alone will burn your account instantly. It is mathematically impossible to pass challenges or make a profit under these conditions.
Absolute scam operation. Do not waste your money and time here.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. For anyone reading: commissions on leveraged perpetuals are calculated on notional position size, which is consistent with how leveraged derivatives are priced industry-wide. Our commission rate sits among the most competitive in the prop crypto space, and the full fee schedule is disclosed before purchase. If you'd like us to review your specific case, please respond to the information request we sent you with your account email.

Pending orders didn't execute just as…
Pending orders didn't execute just as it rallies. No logs that they even existed. None of the obvoius reasons why it happened applied, apart from the one where they said it can make mistakes. So basically they can do what they want, don't expect any resolution.

A lot of fees and no way you’re going…
A lot of fees and no way you’re going to pass it due to leverage, Do not buy. Waste of time and money. 25$ fees when u buy any contract and 25$ when u sell so basically per trade you will pay 50$ without any reason. Max Size per contract is 1 so basically 100$ is all you’ll make in a day and there you’ll be paying 50$ as a fee to the Firm. Such a scam DO NOT BUY !!
Response from Tradeify 247Aug 17, 2026
Hi Milli,
Thanks for the feedback. We'd like to clear up a few points so anyone reading this has the full picture.
On position size: there is no fixed "1 contract max" on our accounts. The size you can trade is governed by the margin available on the account, not a hard cap per order. If you were seeing a limit, it will be tied to the margin requirements on your specific plan, and our team is happy to walk you through exactly how that works.
On fees: the commissions you're describing are in line with standard exchange and clearing costs for these contracts. They aren't markups we're adding on top. Worth noting that, unlike a lot of leveraged crypto products, we don't charge funding rates, which for active intraday trading often works out cheaper over a full session.
On the "scam" characterisation: we've paid out over $900,000 to funded traders since February. Passing an evaluation and getting paid is very much achievable, and we're transparent about the rules up front.
If you'd like us to take another look at your specific account, or clarify anything on margin, fees, or the evaluation criteria, please reach out to our support team and reference this review, we'd like the chance to help.

I took multiple payouts from the firm but am now being denied
I had previously received multiple payouts from Tradeify and believed I could trust the firm.
Today, my payout request for approximately $8,000 was denied based on an issue that had never previously been raised. This is particularly concerning because I had already discussed my trading approach with their risk team during an earlier payout review and was explicitly told that everything was fine. My dashboard also showed that the relevant requirements had been met.
This different interpretation was raised only during the review of this payout. Tradeify then closed my account, which showed approximately $10,000 in profits, and offered me a new empty account instead. A replacement account is not an equivalent substitute for profits already earned.
I have requested a senior review and will update this review if Tradeify sends me my payout. Until then, my trust in the firm and its payout process has been completely undermined. Based on my current experience, I strongly recommend being extremely cautious before purchasing an account here.
Edit:Tradeify’s description is not accurate. I did not open 14 separate positions. I made one entry into one gold position. If Tradeify believes otherwise, they should identify the 14 separate entry orders they are referring to.
I am a swing trader. I waited weeks for this setup, entered the position once, and then took partial profits over several days as gold approached the 200 SMA. These were partial exits from one genuine swing trade—not 14 positions opened to manufacture trading days.
Partial profit-taking was permitted under the consistency rules, had never caused an issue with my previous payouts, and I had already explained my trading approach to their risk team during an earlier payout review and was told it was fine. Only when this larger payout became due did Tradeify apply this different interpretation.
They then closed my account with approximately $10,000 in displayed profits and replaced it with a new account with a zero balance. A new empty account does not compensate me for the denied payout or the profits removed from my account.
Readers can draw their own conclusions.
Response from Tradeify 247Aug 13, 2026
Dear Trader,
Thank you for reaching out.
Following a thorough review of your trading activity and payout request, we would like to clarify our decision.
Trading partial positions is fully permitted and may form part of a legitimate trading strategy, as outlined in our FAQ and discussed during the interview process. However, using partial positions solely to satisfy consistency and minimum trading-day requirements is not permitted, as this does not constitute a genuine trading strategy but rather an approach designed specifically to meet the rules.
In your case, we identified 14 separate positions opened simultaneously, at the exact same time, on the same asset and in the same direction, using full margin, which were subsequently closed across different days. Based on the trading pattern observed, this activity appeared to be structured primarily to satisfy the consistency and minimum trading-day requirements rather than as part of a genuine trading approach.
To ensure a fair and consistent environment for all clients, and in accordance with our FAQ and Funded Trader Agreement, such activity cannot be accepted.
Nevertheless, following your communication with our Risk Team, and as a gesture of goodwill, we have decided to issue you a new account of the same size and plan. Please consider this a first warning, and we are pleased to continue providing our services.
We kindly ask that your future trading activity follows a genuine trading approach and remains in accordance with our rules.
Thank you for your understanding.

Still have no idea how to get into the DXTrade platform and still waiting for a mysterious email and no response yet. Customer service needs to be top priority for people getting started on new challenges and whatever else they’re throwing out. Just like fast food where they forget to add the simple
Basics of straws and utensils a d napkins. Not everyone understands instantly how to do things quickly like most young people nowadays. When they get older they will understand what their parents had to go thru getting older. Good luck

Thanks for flagging this. Our support team has just replied to your support ticket with step-by-step instructions to access your DXTrade credentials from the Dashboard's Accounts section. If anything's still unclear after those steps, support is there to walk you through it.

Extremely Deceptive and Missleading
I got closed out of my $50K Instant Funding account (#I50K2156933) and I am furious about how it happened, because the dashboard itself lied to me about how much room I had left.
Here's the deal: Tradeify Crypto has a trailing drawdown buried in their help center docs that locks your floor once your balance hits a certain high. On a $50K account with a $3,000 max loss, once you close a trade at $53K, your floor is permanently locked at $50,000 — done, forever, no matter how high your balance goes after that.
Nowhere. On the actual dashboard. Does it show you this.
Instead, my "Max Drawdown" widget sat there showing -$1,246.18 of $3,000.00, 41.54% used, like I had over half my cushion left. Meanwhile my real floor had already locked at $50,000 and my equity was under it. The account was already dead and the platform was still showing me a green light.
I have never traded a crypto or futures prop firm — not one — that hides a trailing drawdown behind a static max-loss number like this. Every firm I've ever used either shows you the actual live floor, or the max loss number IS the floor, full stop. Tradeify Crypto shows you a number that has nothing to do with your real risk, lets you think you have wiggle room you don't have, and then closes your account the second you touch a floor you were never shown.
This isn't a "read the fine print" situation. The fine print exists in a help article you'd have to go dig for. The number on your actual account, the one you're staring at while you trade, is just wrong. That's not a disclosure issue, that's a design choice, and it benefits them every single time someone gets blown out without warning.
Do not fund an account here without manually tracking your own trailing floor on paper, because their own dashboard will not do it for you — it'll actively mislead you instead.
Edit: SEP 22. Tradeify not only tells you that you shouldn't have been trading (even though their dashboard literally showed incorrect values) and plays it off as if its not their own internal mistake. Replaces a passed account with a new eval even though it was 100% a dashboard issue on their end which they acknowledge in their emails yet come on here with a completely different tone.
Rather than accepting it was an oversight on their end, trying to blame the customer and save face here.
Now I withdraw profits back to my original balance and my account gets auto closed since apparently your max loss trails, effectively losing you $1,500 (50k account in my situation).
Why would you use Tradeify Crypto when you can use another very well known crypto prop firm, which you keep your initial buffer after withdrawing your profits and they don't have these deceptive behaviours.
I would expect so much more from a company who I've used for a long time with their futures services.
Response from Tradeify 247Aug 6, 2026
Thanks for sharing this, Connor.
You were right about the display. The Max Loss Used figure was calculating against the original account balance rather than the live trailing floor. That defect has now been fixed on the platform.
The breach itself was triggered on the correct trailing floor value, so the closure followed the account rules. That said, you shouldn't have been trading against a figure that didn't reflect it, and our team has worked with you directly on a resolution, including a replacement account.
If anything else comes up, reply to your support ticket and the team will pick it up from there.

Beware!
Tradeify Crypto banned me and denied my 2x 15k payouts after I successfully passed an in-person KYC call with their risk team AND successfully received prior (smaller) payouts, and the only explanation I got after weeks of intentionally ignoring my support requests was "Thank you for reaching out. After reviewing your account, our internal team has determined that it no longer meets the requirements to remain active on the platform. This decision is final, and we are unable to share the specific details of the review."
I asked to know what requirement I no longer meet and they once again just straight up ignored my response.
They also banned my Tradeify futures accounts in the process, with whom I had been previously called up to live and had 5 active funded accounts. All gone in the blink of an eye with no warning or reason behind it.
The Tradeify you know and thought you could trust appears to be gone, you cannot trust the Tradeify brand anymore.
EDIT: This TrustPilot review got an answer in minutes- my support email was sent on June 4th, went silent for a week, I asked for an update, and then was made to wait until June 17th to get the final ban non-answer for reference on this case. My reply asking for more info has gone unanswered for 9 days since then.
I have quite literally no idea what "third party trading activity and other prohibited trading practices" could mean because they haven't told me but I know they do not apply to me because the payouts they denied me were manually placed by me via manual discretionary mouse clicks on dxtrade from the same laptop they KYC interview verified from the same IP, and using my own trade ideas that are completely verifiable and documented with timestamps my own charting to back it up.
I am not too worried about the final decision- I am profitable enough on my own- but Tradeify's reply that the "team remains available if you'd like to discuss anything specific to your accounts." is provably false, as evidenced by the intentional silence to my queries.
EDIT: When this was posted in their Discord from my live funded role account, it was immediately deleted and I was banned from there too.
There have been significant developments on this case, none of which reflect well on Tradeify. You can read more on reddit:

Response from Tradeify 247Jun 26, 2026
Hi Joe,
Thanks for taking the time to post this. We don't share specific account review details publicly, but we can confirm the decision wasn't arbitrary. Our risk team identified third-party trading activity along with other prohibited trading practices, which violate our terms. Both Tradeify Crypto and Tradeify Futures operate under the same risk policies, so a confirmed violation on either side results in account closure across both.
Completing KYC and receiving earlier payouts doesn't override findings from ongoing account monitoring, which is a standard part of how any prop trading firm operates. The decision is final, but our team remains available if you'd like to discuss anything specific to your accounts.
Best regards,
TradeifyCrypto Support Team
