Really good support
Really good support! I noticed their billing data form missed the IT VAT option and reached out to them via chat, and they were super helpful to me and corrected the issue in just a few hours. The core service they provide (multi-carrier shipment tracking) is also very well implemented and useful for our company. Really recommended!

They answered my question
They answered my question! Far too often, when we ask for support, we get regurgitation of the basic documentation. However, if it was that obvious, we would probably find it... It is nice to have a support person that listened to my issue, understood it and was able to give clear instructions that ultimately resolved the issue. This feature/question was a "must have" -- so had this support person not helped, and had we found the feature on another platform, we would have likely moved to another platform... This support person deserves pat on the back!
