The searches returned a large number of resources for general queries which could take some time to review, but data accuracy was high and relevant for more direct information requests. The team provided helpful training resources and updates throughout the period of subscription.

While we initially encountered some challenges adapting to the platform, the training team -from TraceOne- was always available with outstanding dedication and guidance throughout the process, ensuring the project was successfully completed. We are truly grateful for her support. It is the human touch and customer care that made it a nice experience for us afterall.
