We have been waiting over a month and a half, there is no customer support just automated responses. I would never order from this company again. I don't even know if we are going to receive the expensive shoes, and they obviously don't care. I have emailed several times and get an automated responses "in transit "BE CAREFUL ORDERING HERE - UPDATE: Following my review on here the company did reach out, which I appreciate...However - no shoes. Am waiting on either refund or if they are available to rush, these were ordered in April the Digital Circus shoes

I received my items in a good time frame and they were exactly what I ordered. The company did everything possible to do what was needed.

Always kept me informed as my package traveled from their location to mine, Illinois, in the United States. If I had a question, they would always respond to my emails in a timely manner. When I received my Taylor Swift sweatshirt, I was very happy in the quality and craftsmanship of the product. Highly recommended. I would surely do additional business with them in the future.

I absolutely love my Ed Sheeran sneakers! They were affordable & look great. I was a bit unsure about delivery as I had trouble with tracking but I had received an email advising my order had been sent & I happily received the delivery within a very acceptable time. Thank you so much!

Product was a cheapened down version of what you see on the site, but as it still appears to match the description you can't get a refund? Company have avoided telling me how to return and instead offered a discount on next order? Really disappointing quality for a disproportionate amount of money. Customer service deflected real issue constantly by telling me how upset they were at my dissatisfaction but did nothing helpful emerged. It became too late to reorder a new product due to timings. I would not recommend this company or it products.
