Tough Rugged LaptopsReviews of toughruggedlaptops.com

Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

They were able to source some very difficult to find toughbook parts for me and they were delivered quickly and in perfect working order!

Tough rugged laptops are complete rip offs. They over bill on their delivery costs by more than double the actual cost. Their deliveries take forever to get to you and they overcharge. Their shipping staff also do not complete the shipping documentation accurately. Salesman, Michael Alvino was active in his mail responses when he was making the sale to me, however know that he and his shipping department have over-billed me and messed up the shipping paperwork he avoids me like the plague. His intentions are so clear hoping i will just go away and forget about the refund owing to me!!!! Michael do the right thing-Dont sell for today!!!

Rugged Computer is not a good provider i paied them for som goods since 28 January until now i dont have goods y dont have my found

Rugged Computing is a scammer. My 4000 dollars is still hanging. I have been sending email to them for over one month with no replies. They use sophisticated scam targeting foreign businesses that regularly perform wire transfer payments.
