I’ve reached out several times to only receive system generated responses. I finally got a customer service rep and they could not give me a straight answer and I’ve sent the picture as well. All I wanted to know if there is a tutorial video for their shoulder harness. I stated multiple times it’s not available on their website. I will never do business again with Total Man. Buyer beware.
