Poor customer support and misleading "instant delivery" claims
Initial communication was fast while trying to make a purchase, but once the payment was sent, the experience completely fell apart. I attempted to pay with Ethereum, but due to network fees, the initial amount arrived short of the exact package price. I immediately followed up and sent a second payment to cover the remaining balance, providing all transaction details and confirmation. After completing both payments, support simply repeated automated boilerplate messages ("forwarded to our finance department") and then completely stopped responding. Furthermore, their service advertised "instant delivery," but after multiple days and no service or product received, communication has vanished entirely. Be cautious if paying with cryptocurrency here.
