My first hair system was a dark brown number 2 with 10% gray. It is too dark for my skin tone but it was my first time using a hairpiece. It is very comfortable and it looks very natural. I have a special occasion coming up in a few days and I wanted to get a light brown with more gray so I ordered a number 5 with 40% gray. The website shows that it was going to take longer than the date of the event and I emailed the company to see if they could do a rush on the delivery. I received a response very quickly from their representative Tina who said that she would do everything possible to make sure that I would receive the hairpiece before the date of the occasion. I placed the order for the new piece and kept my fingers crossed hoping it would arrive before the evening of the event. I had to consider the time it was going to take to have it trimmed and styled before I could make use of the new piece. Sure enough Tina kept in constant contact with me and kept me updated on every single detail of the shipping process. It arrived yesterday and the colors are much better and I will have it ready for wear by tomorrow afternoon. I’ve been receiving emails from other companies that sell hair systems and offering special pricing but the exemplary customer service from Tina was way beyond my expectations and they will have me as a customer for a very long time.
