Never again !!! The same thing happened to me, couldn’t get into the confirmation tracker it was written in Chinese said it was received NEVER GOT IT. I wished I saw this first. I think I will never see my refund $40. I ordered back in November 2022

If I could I would give them a -100 on this. I ordered a 18’ tall inflatable Christmas tree, 15’ Frosty the snow, and a 15’ Rudolph. This was the first week of December and when they sent me a tracking number, I clicked the link and it brought me to a tracker that was all in Chinese. Then today I get this package in the mail and here is a feathered pen used for calligraphy. All I know is god don’t sleep. The scammers are the scum of the earth. They will get what’s coming one day. I am going to see if my bank will let me report it as a scam and I can get my money back. Fingers crossed.

Scam. You get cheap things instead of what you ordered. Paid $40 for Christmas decorations and got a feather pen.

I placed an order for a Christmas tree and snowman set well over a month ago. I received a tracking number which didn’t work. So I wrote to the support email and got a message back saying it can take up to 30 days and then on day 26 I got a package with a cheap looking snood and cap and the tracking says delivered. Have written a few times but no reply. DO NOT ORDER from these people. I think it’s a scam!

My son ordered several things. He got an email confirmation but had not heard anything since. Can not get a hold of anyone! Terrible!!!

Haven't received order or confirmation of order being sent. Tried sending email with no response.

Ordered Christmas decorations which cost $70AU and received a scarf. What a bloody rip off

Ordered an inflatable got a pen & postage due of $6.10. Hope Karma catches up with people like this!
