Came across topdogtrading via YouTube, and as is usually the case was suspicious when stated he was giving the viewer a gift. And right enough the gift is an hour long sales pitch for a course that covers things I'm sure you can find for free.

Spoke to this guys in top dog trading what a clown he was and this was his email back to me and he tried to get me to sing the abc song . How can they be profesional and send emails like this So Who Won The Race? - you said turtle ok, WHY?....blah...blha...blah...'slow and steady'...blah.ghadgfoiah (can you guess this is not the right answer!!!!) Yes, the tortoise (turtle) won...not because 'slow and steady'....(let's be real: you don't need any more lessons on 'slow and steady' on your trading........DOING MORE OF THE SAME (non-mentored shot at beating the markets by winging it).....that is not the approach.... Nope. The TURTLE WON THE RACE BECAUSE HE FINISHED THE RACE!!!!!!! The rabbit quit. So...in this sense...you bet, baby....turtle all the way...slow and steady....once you know you are on the right tract (hey...I know all too well about 'walking east looking for a sunset'....good luck with that!) Long-story-short: About a dozen 'turtles' did the mentorship with Barry....guess when they started? Do you remember making any promises to yourself?...perhaps....say around 12/31/2023......perhaps like FOUR MONTHS AGO!!!!! I didn’t purchase anything. What do you show I purchased? I called because I couldn’t access my previously purchased courses.

One month update: STILL no software or response from top dog trading. I have sent emails, made calls, left voicemails and left reviews. I still am receiving ad emails from them so the issue can’t be resolved hat they said was the issue on my previous review. Buyer beware.

It has been close to 9 days and I have no product. You nether listen when I have connected with a receptionist, and fail to respond to my emails. You are very nice, and apologetic orally. But you never do what you promise: to look into this right away and then send what I have paid for. If the product was not that good I would have demanded a refund. Your customer care is plain and simple with no merit... it still does not respond to any of what the customer has expressly communicated about via phone or email. The customer whose money has been taken 8+ 1/2 days ago simply wants what he paid for. Is that not a reasonable expectation?

Have not been able to download software

I have yet to get the software I purchase or a refund. It's has been 5 days. My credit has processed a previous credit 399 immediately but the 797 has not been posted for no credit yet.

I paid for TopDog mt4 indicators bundle on 4th August 2022 but up to now I am not able to install and begin to use them effectively. I wrote to the client support unit about my experience, and they attempted to help but the complications encountered were not resolved and they abandoned the issue without solving it. As it is right now, I have installed the indicators but cannot effectively apply them to my trading charts making them useless to me. I reported about the alert I receive each time I attempt applying the indicators to my charts prompting me about "incorrect secure key", but I was ignored. The unfair thing now is that I paid for the mt4 bundle on an annual subscription basis and when my renewal is due, they may just debit my account without considering the delay I am suffering now.
