Topcom Maestro 2
I have had a Maestro 2 for about 4 years. For the last few months, Topcon has been sending emails imploring users of the $50K device to update the software. In the process of updating the software, Topcon caused the device to become unusable. Now Topcon wants $1500 to send a Technician to fix the mishap that they caused. If you are buying their Medical devices, do it with your Eyes open and do not fall for false promises.
