I’m just a girl and I had no idea who to go to for my vehicle transport service. My husband moved us to Tennessee, so I needed to get my Benz shipped. I googled and was gonna go with those big companies that pop up, like Montway or Uship but there were so many horrendous reviews, I just couldn’t settle with those. I prayed, and I asked God to help me find a service. Then it clicked, we moved from Houston, so why not find a local shipping company in Houston? I googled, did my research, and I found Top Auto Logistics. I called and was immediately connected to Hassan, who was very patient and understanding toward me. He explained everything to a T and allowed me time to think. I called back a few minutes later to book. He gave me a quote of $1,145 to ship my Mercedes Benz from Houston to Knoxville, TN, and that’s the price I paid, nothing more. I did a $245 deposit when the car was picked up and then the rest as it was delivered. I was flexible with pick up which took about 3 days (Tuesday June 23) and delivery took about 3-4 days (Saturday June 27 is when I got it.) I felt very comfortable with Hassan and the service as they sent me the drivers info and truck number to confirm etc. At some point between scheduling I did get a bit anxious because I would call the Top Auto number and only Hassan would answer and I thought that was weird, but then I got Zain and another agent one time and I had read reviews about Zain so I was at ease knowing that others worked there (they weren’t robots) and that it was a company located in my city lol. Overall, I thank God for this company and may the Lord bless their service because they have served me well! I trust them and will be using them in the future if needed.
