Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that this was your impression. Toolzu does offer a free trial, but it comes with a limited number of downloads so users can test the service before deciding whether to upgrade to Premium. This limitation is part of how the trial works and is not intended to mislead anyone. If you believe something didn’t work as expected or have any questions about the trial, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to review your case and help.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration you faced. That’s definitely not the experience we aim to provide. Billing adjustments, refunds, and subscription changes are handled according to our policy, but we understand how disappointing it can feel if expectations weren’t met. We would really appreciate the chance to review your case again and clarify what happened with your subscription and remaining credits. Please reach out to our support team via the live chat on Toolzu so we can investigate this properly and work toward a fair resolution.
