ToolcookiesReviews of toolcookies.com

I recently joined Toolcookies as a reseller after a direct phone call with them. Despite that personal contact, they abruptly deleted my account after only 10 days without a single word of warning. When I asked for an explanation, their response was incredibly insulting. They claimed they "didn't see the need" to keep my account because I hadn't made a sale or added a balance yet, effectively labeling a vetted reseller as a fake user. It is a massive sign of disrespect to have a professional conversation with someone and then discard them like a random bot just because they took 10 days to prepare. This isn’t how a serious business operates; it is how a shady, short-sighted company treats people. They expect immediate cash and have zero patience for the actual work of marketing and preparation. I am relieved I found out they view their resellers as disposable before I gave them any of my money. Stay away if you value your time and professional dignity.

I have been using Toocookies' services for the past 3 months, and I am currently subscribed to their All-in-One plan. Honestly, I am very satisfied with their service. The plan is well-designed, efficient, and very user-friendly. Their customer support is also quick and highly responsive. My experience so far has been amazing, and I would highly recommend Toocookies to others without any hesitation. Thank you to the Toocookies team for providing such an excellent service!

I purchased their e-package from the website Toolcookies .com. According to their refund policy: > "Not at All, We only & Only Refund if our tools don’t work or more than 24 Hours. Make sure to clear anything from the Live Chat Support Before Buying Anything." The tools they provided do not function properly. Specifically, my employee primarily uses Ideogram to generate blog images, but the tool is so heavily shared that it’s practically unusable. Nowhere did they mention that the tool becomes unusable due to excessive sharing. In reality, they are reselling the same tool access to numerous users or allowing multiple subscribers to use the same account. As a result, I applied for a refund. But they refused, which violates their own refund policy. They also state: > "Can I Share Your Service to my friends or family’s? No never, If you are reselling customer or you want to shared with any one, Our system catches your IP and if it is used on 2nd IP then you’ll be banned immediately." I have never illegally shared my account with anyone. I work from both my home and office, using only my personal computer. Last night, I purchased a new package and allowed one of my employees to use the tool strictly under my instructions for our blogging work. I use this tool package for professional blogging—I conduct keyword research using SEMrush, and my employee writes content using the purchased tool. However, they considered this legitimate employee use as a violation of their policy and permanently banned my account. Ironically, they themselves are unethically sharing access to the same tool among many users, which is why it's not working properly. But when a single user like me allows their employee to use it under supervision, they label it as a violation. Despite repeated requests, they did not give me any opportunity to unlock my account. They refused my request while violating their own stated policies, which amounts to deception and a clear violation of consumer rights.

Toolcookies is honestly a game-changer for anyone serious about SEO! I’ve tried multiple group buy SEO tools platforms before, but none come close to what Toolcookies offers. Their tool library is MASSIVE—over 100 premium tools, and they all work flawlessly. From keyword research to competitor analysis, everything I’ve ever needed is here under one roof. What sets Toolcookies apart for me, though, is the price. SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz can cost a fortune if you buy them individually. But with their group buy subscription, I can access these tools at just a fraction of the price. It feels like I’m getting premium features without burning a hole in my pocket. The platform is super easy to use as well. The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and I didn’t need to download any extra software. Everything is accessible online, which is perfect for someone like me who loves simplicity. Oh, and let me talk about reliability! I’ve faced zero downtime so far, which is great because interruptions can be frustrating when you’re running real-time campaigns. Their customer service is on point too—quick responses and helpful guidance whenever I’ve had questions. If you’re tired of overpaying for individual SEO subscriptions or trying shady group buy platforms that don’t deliver, I highly recommend Toolcookies. They’re professional, affordable, and reliable! Honestly, 10/10 from me!
