I called two other web based stores first. At both the representatives had zero knowledge about the products. Brandon knows his products and offered advice on their use. At Tool Authority their name rings true and will be my first call from now on!!

I'm always a little weary of trying new online retailers, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with tool authority. Some of the functionality of the website interface that wasn't working had me a little worried. Bottom line is I Received product at a competitive price and they were quick to ship.

I don't think that I have had better service, and I order quite frequently on line. I would recommend them to my friends.

I needed some items overnight and it was late in the day. They managed to get my order out that day which was greatly appreciated!
