I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Robbins Research International. I recently discovered that my card has been charged every month for several months without my knowledge. When I logged into my Tony Robbins account, there was no active subscription associated with my account, and I never received any invoices, receipts, or confirmation emails for these recurring charges. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I attended a Tony Robbins event, I was supposed to receive one month of access to the AI service included with my purchase. Unfortunately, the AI never worked. I contacted customer support several times at the time, but I never received a response or any assistance. Now I have contacted support again regarding these recurring charges, and once again I have received no reply. I hope this issue can still be resolved, but based on my experience, the lack of customer support and the unexplained recurring charges have been extremely disappointing. I have now had to contact my bank to dispute the transactions and protect my card. I would strongly encourage anyone to regularly check their bank statements if they have ever purchased a Tony Robbins product or service.

Very disappointed with Tony Robbins scam. I paid for a premier viewing and a $1 donation. Next thing you know I have been getting charged $49 per month. When I dispute it, they say I can't get it back. Looking at the reviews apparently, I am not the only one quick bait and flip. Very sad Tony would allow this. Lost total respect for the guy.

I donated $1 for a cause during a "free" webinar, they proceeded to bill me for 3 months in a row even though I emailed, called, etc to cancel whatever their recurring subscription is. This is sadly a scam and Tony Robbins should get his people to fix this! The Robbins Rearch Intl never returns your calls, says they will fix it over email, they never do and the only thing that works is to dispute it with your bank or credit card and report that fraud that is happening.

I have noticed monthly subscriptions for this coming out of my bank and have not signed up for anything monthly. I don’t even know what I’m paying for????? This is a total scam

This is total SCAM!!! Do not give them your money! This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. I signed up for a "free" seminar with Tony and it was so boring I turned it off only to find out that the $1 charge turned into $40 a month for several months when I don't even know what they were charging me for! I contacted the company but they refused to help me or to refund any of the money even though I explained that I never authorized the payments and I didn't know what they were charging me for. Clearly Tony is just in this for the money (which shouldn't come as a surprise based on how he appears like a slick used car salesman) and the company is completely UNETHICAL and does not offer any customer support. Save your money and the hassle, it's not worth the stress of being scammed, trust me!

-This organization sold me the wrong product, hence unsatisfactory coaching and dispite me giving timely cancellation notifications; the unethical Sales person Bailey Johnson (they call coach) is blocking me from getting a refund and submitting false information stating I had attend more sessions than I did... -It is also impossible to get ahold of someone else to because you can only fill out a template request that send auto reply instructions that send you back to the same template. -This has been the worst I have ever been treated of the thousands of entities of which I have done business.

Total scam. Advertises £1 course and then direct debits £30 a month without permission and refuses to refund. Avoid at all costs.
