We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had with our customer service regarding your VIP experience purchase for the latest 22 challenge. We understand your concerns and acknowledge that the lack of communication and support you received is unacceptable. Upon reviewing your case, we found that you spoke to one of our customer service representatives named Herel on January 26, 2022. We apologize for the delay in addressing your concerns as we experienced an increase in volume during that period. Herel verified your information and successfully merged your multiple accounts, granting you access on February 5, 2022. We understand that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, and we genuinely apologize for any inconvenience and frustration caused. Your feedback is important to us, and we take it seriously as we continuously strive to improve our customer service processes. Please be assured that we do not condone any fraudulent activities, and our goal is to provide a legitimate and valuable experience for our participants. We deeply regret any miscommunication or misunderstanding that may have occurred during this process. If there are any outstanding issues or further concerns, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to assist you promptly and effectively. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services for all our valued customers. Best regards, Kaylie Team Tony

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you've experienced regarding your ticket purchase for UPW 2020 and the subsequent cancellation of both the 2020 and 2021 events. We understand the financial impact and the sense of disillusionment this has caused you. We would like to clarify that while Robbins Research International partners with Success Resources for international events like UPW, we operate as separate entities. As such, we do not have direct control over the refund process for events purchased through Success Resources. We encourage you to continue reaching out to Success Resources and express your concerns regarding the refund. They will be better equipped to address your specific circumstances and provide you with the necessary assistance. We deeply apologize for the challenges you encountered with your UPW 2020 ticket purchase and the subsequent cancellation due to Covid-19. We understand the financial strain and the disappointment this has caused, especially given your circumstances as single parents and individuals facing disability. We want to clarify that Tony Robbins and Team Tony Robbins are separate entities from Success Resources. While we partner with Success Resources for international events like UPW 2020, they handle the ticketing process and manage refunds for events purchased through their platform. As a result, we do not have direct control over refund requests in these cases. We empathize with your situation and understand your hope for additional flexibility and support during these challenging times. We encourage you to continue reaching out to Success Resources regarding your refund request. They will be better positioned to address your specific situation and provide you with the necessary assistance. We regret any dissatisfaction and disheartenment you may have experienced. It is always our intention to deliver exceptional experiences and provide support to our valued participants. We value your feedback and will ensure it is shared with the appropriate teams for further consideration and improvement. If there is anything else we can do to assist you or if you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Warm regards, Kaylie Team Tony

We apologize for the confusion and frustration you have experienced regarding your ticket purchase for UPW London 2020. We understand the importance of clear communication and resolving any issues promptly, and we regret any inconvenience caused. Firstly, we want to express our sincere appreciation for your previous positive experiences at Tony Robbins events. It means a lot to us that you have enjoyed our events in the past and had such a great time. We value your support and the trust you have placed in us. However, we are saddened to hear of your experience and would like to clarify that Robbins Research International is a separate entity from Success Resources. While we partner with Success Resources for international events, including UPW London 2020, they handle the ticketing process and manage refunds for events purchased through them. As a result, we do not have the ability to process refunds directly in these cases. We understand the importance of having accurate ticket information, and we apologize if there have been discrepancies in your account regarding the carried-forward tickets. To address this matter, we kindly request that you reach out to Success Resources directly for assistance. They will be better equipped to resolve the issue and provide you with the necessary clarification. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this misunderstanding. Our goal is to ensure a positive experience for all participants, and we regret any negative impression this situation may have had. Hi Ray! Thank you for taking the time to leave this review! Our apologies for the delayed response back, as we are new to the Trustpilot world. In checking your account, we do see you purchased through Success Resources back in 2021, but as they are a separate company, we are unable to see the funds paid or if you were refunded. We are hopeful this was resolved, but if not, please let us know so we may attempt to connect you with someone at SR as we are working to ensure all issues with them from the Pandemic are resolved accordingly. We hope you are doing well and look forward to connecting with you! Sincerely, Kaylie Team Tony
