I have notified Tomcat.com on their poor quality mouse traps
I have notified Tomcat.com via their AI on their plastic mouse trap that mice would always get the food out without setting the trap and the 2 mice that had to step on it and caught their back foot. One chewed a hole in the plastic trap trying to get out the other I spotted shortly after he stepped on the trap getting its' back foot stuck and let him go. Didn't have receipt, but let them know I brought 4 of them. Now since traps weren't set off I thought mouse problem taken care of till I found baby mice droppings. Looked at the traps to see they were licked clean, set them again. Next day licked clean and got the attached bacon pieces out from them. Disgusted, I went for a different traps I had just purchased. They were also Tomcat, but the wood traps. I baited all 4 traps, checked the next morning, all were licked clean, none set off. Took one of the traps, tried to set it off to rebait, the plastic panel that bait gets attached to just dropped flat on the wood but didn't set off. This is a waste of money, now I have more mice. Trying to locate the receipt but probably threw it out. Going out to the store that carries victor traps that I've always used, that are always dependable. Oh and the response I got from their AI "I can't help with harming or poisoning an animal" What the??????
