I order my sticker on the 7th of May. Today is 14th of May still don’t have it. Contact support is always error to send message and email still did not receive an answer. I want to cancel the order!

Very bad experience We ordered the vignette at 23:00 we received it the next day at 07:00 and it said we would receive it around 06:00. We were on the highway. It says if you have a problem contact us by email. We sent three emails and we didn't get a response.

Tollywayr.com ho pagato 19.95 euro per entrare ad Anversa con lo scooter M0, non mi hanno inviato nulla via mail e non hanno risposto alla mail. Sono andata all'ufficio informazioni di Anversa e mi hanno detto che per lo scooter non serve la registrazione per la zona ambientale LEZ. Il sito di tollywayr dice che fa gennaio serviva anche per gli scooter ma questo non è vero secondo quanto ho visto nei siti ufficiali dell'ambasciata e chiedendo all'ufficio informazioni. Infatti tollywayr non mi ha mandato nulla e non rispondono, mi hanno preso 19.95. state attenti. Registrazione delle auto è gratis sul sito slimnaarantwerpen. Rettifico mi è arrivata oggi una mail generica dove dicono che hanno completato la procedura ma non mi sembra una cosa ufficiale. All'ufficio informazioni mi avevano detto che per gli scooter non serviva perché è solo per le auto che si deve fare la richiesta ed accedendo al sito del governo ho fatto la richiesta on line gratis per l'auto e ho già avuto la mail ufficiale

Took almost 1 hour before we get vinniet. For the end we have to pay twice because vinniette came to late and there was no option to cancell the order
