I waited 1 hour on a gas station because the system glitched and i decided to buy it online and now i am stuck here again waiting to approve me for a vignette, but you took money first and i am stuck here waiting to see when the vignette will come through…

First of all, even though I arrived a long time ago, I still haven't received a confirmation from you via email that the vignette I bought for Romania is valid, but every time I check the status of the payment, it says: "waiting for processing". Secondly, for a one-day vignette that costs 3.5 euros in all places and e-platforms, you charge 8 euros, which is enough for a vignette for 30 days in Romania. So rude and with bad manners.

It's a crappy app, I paid for 3 countries, they approved me for 2 and I still have one country pending and I called and they told me that the money was pending, but when I paid I paid for 3 countries at once and the staff who answer are very racist, so I don't recommend it

Worst company for buying car stickers. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I ordered an eco sticker to be able to travel by car in French cities. I put in all the data of my car, including uploading a pdf of the vehicle certificate. Afterwards, I paid for the service - EUR 20 - and didn't receive any confirmation email. Once I asked when I can expect the sticker to be issued, an employee of Tollwayr replied that they could not issue it since my car "is too old". Construction year of my car is 2021 (!) and it was also commissioned back then. EUR 20 lost to a bullshit scammer website. Long story short: AVOID TOLLWAYR AT ALL COST. This is a scammer website and you won't see your money again nor the product you ordered.
