Tokushu KnifeReviews of tokushuknife.com

Tokushu's customer service is 2nd to none. Always a pleasure.

Good knife good price good service!

Tony & Zach will ensure your experience was the best, no matter what it takes. I am continually impressed by their service and expertise. I would recommend to anyone.

Order process is simple and easy. The knife ship promptly and the knife arrived in well protected package. The handle a slightly lose after usage, reached out to Tokushu expert the Zach, he quickly respond and provided return shipping label.

They work well and fast. I searched for an afternoon when I wanted to buy my knives, and I chose this shop because of the range of choice and the price tags. I found the same knives on other shops for 50/100€ more. Their shipping and handling was also superb. Bonus points to them for shipping with DHL, which delivered my package on a Friday instead of the ETA of the next Monday. I did learn that there's an import tax, besides VAT, so be prepared to spend a bit more than you thought. Besides that, they reply to questions very fast on their site chat. I didn't have as much success with the contact us email form though, so if you want to contact them, I suggest using the chat. Needless to say: the knives are fantastic.
