I tried the VPN service but couldn't get it to work (for me), so I asked for a refund and the support was TOP NOTCH. Literally a 10. Frankly, I don't know how long the refund is going to take but I have a feeling it won't be like (forever) as many services take. We have all heard the "7-10" business days to receive your refund but based solely on the support I have received, I'm thinking it will be quick. Additionally, when I asked for support for their VPN, even that support was almost immediate and they (Lucy) was very eager to get to the root of the problem. I have tried about 4 different VPN services and had received ZERO support replies to figure out how to use the service. Toggle at least seems very interested in helping you to resolve the issue you are having. I didn't have the time to get involved at that level so I just decided to revisit this at another time. I would not hesitate to at least try their service if you are looking for a VPN. I plan on trying it again...
