They suck! I can't access my account nor can you find a good number to call in order to fix the online or app issues. I went past due, which NEVER happens, all because of their issues. I'm actually about to pay it off and cut it up. I'm over them especially when I've got an AMEX, Discover, and Chase card to get me by. Bye-bye!!!!!!

First, they removed my auto pay setup and as a result, I incurred late fees. Second, the website has changed and I can’t find them to access my account. Now I am late and will have more fees!!

Haven't been able to get into my app for weeks. Can't get access to my account online either. I know I'm past due but have no idea how to reach these people to pay or to see my account information.

It has been weeks and have not been able to use my app nor access the web to pay my payment. Now I have a past due account and i am sure late fees. No notice in advance to make us aware of the website going down. So inconvenient, such frustration.

For weeks now I haven't been able to access the today card app nor online site. Had no trouble in the past paying my bill. Now I'm over due on my payment and gotten an email from them with a link that takes me to a site I never seen before and let's me know how much I owe them but with no access to see why. This is becoming a BS situation now that I have been Trying to access my account information. I have tried several times reloading the app but still only get a blank orange screen. Wth?

I have been trying to get online to pay my bill but the link won't open. Is the Today card being bought out by another company?????

Since the new card release, I cannot find the mobile site so I can pay my bill. If Today card is reading these, please let me know how to get to the site and log in so I can pay my bill!

My new card was mailed to a previous address and I called in today to try and have them change my address. They refused to do so and told me I have to send my license and a piece of mail into them. I asked if they have a safeguard certification to see if my information will be handled properly and they told me no they are not certified. They have no secure link to send the requested information in to and that i just send it in to a random location. I do not feel comfortable with this whatsoever. I was willing to give my information over the phone and they told me no. I asked for a copy of my billing statement so I could make a payment and they didn't give me one. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and all to the credit bureaus to report this. I am not happy and I refuse to let this company ruin my credit.
