Absolute garbage company with even more garbage customer service. Placed 2 orders. 1 was delivered the second was 'returned to the service center.' Called customer service and was asked "what do you want me to do about it? Drive it down to you?" He told me to call USPS and deal with it myself...We operate a high volume e commerce business and after processing 1000s of orders not once have we made a customer deal with a carrier for failure to deliver a package. These losers deserve to go out of business.

First off, they did ship the order within 24-48 hours like they claim. It was well packaged and the plates/brackets came individually wrapped and protected. They did send out the correct number of bolts/tnuts. The only problem - the bolts and tnuts that were ordered as a set were not compatible. They had different thread pitches and would not work together. It has now been over a week of me trying to get ahold of them to fix it and they won't answer any of my emails or phone calls.
