Tested my reagent kit with substances I had on hand. All substances worked perfectly and how you would expect. Order of the test kit was promptly shipped out and arrived within a week. I have not needed to contact support, but they include an email and phone number for any questions and concerns. Any questions I did have, were answered by simply reading the information on their website. This company will definitely be my go-to for any reagent tests in the future.

Very professional

In a world of robots and lack of actual "customer service" they have rolled back the clock 20 years and care about your business and generate actual "goodwill" with their service

An accurate and easy to use test kit for any beginner is essential and this one has worked the best for me. Make sure you get the ceramic tray for mixing though I highly recommend it!

I was happy with the pricing but more importantly I liked the guide explaining which Combination of reagents I was going to need for my testing. After I received my order, I had some confusion so I called and spoke to a really nice guy who helped me understand the capabilities and limitations of what I had. There are some really stupid and potentially dangerous chemicals people can add to stuff before an elf like myself might make a purchase. I like to have fun but I Don’t want to play roulette.

EXCELLENT COMPANY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 💯% THE BEST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WHEN BUYING A PRODUCT ONLINE. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This particular company is amazing! MARTEL, Owner of the company is absolutely stellar. Incredible, customer service. Very caring and yet so professional. Wise and knowledgeable on the subject. I advised on what I was looking for and the dangerous issues we were dealing with and he directed me to the right product that would help give us the answers we need. I can't say enough good about this company. You cannot go wrong using this company for any drug concern issues. Hard to find a company, nowadays, that cares enough to give extreme personal service and actually take the time to listen to your needs and concerns and HELP you get just what you need. Amazing service and knowledge. Stellar professional company. Why spend your hard-earned money on other companies that may not be customer service oriented and not be very knowledgeable and you end up wasting money. Tnscientific does it all. Absolutely beyond belief. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Peggy CA
