I appreciate this is a charity but having ordered something as a birthday gift, I have had to chase it 3 times and the recipient has yet to receive it. The staff I have spoken to do not seem that concerned even though I explained it was a gift. There was also no offer to call me back to update. I know it’s just a card, but I am very disappointed. Won’t use again.
