The hat they sent me is nothing like the one pictured on the website. I have emailed them to ask how I send it back for a refund but not had a response after 3 days. The website says "Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you buy from us. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, We offer an iron-clad, money-back guarantee. We have a 24/7/365 ticket and email support. Please contact us if you need any assistance." I will update this if they get back to me and will change it to a better rating if they resolve the issue.

FRAUD ALERT Shows fake "selling" count. Clear your browser cookies, and refresh... you will notice that the amount sold will be random each time - absolutely fraudulent behaviour which should be reported to the FTC and local equivalent. The active visitors is the same ordeal - absolutely fake. They are also using pictures from "Peaky Blinders" which I am certain Netflix would not approve of. FRAUD ALERT

I placed a ordered for two hats from Tlantehat.com as advertised on Google and Facebook that was on 12/10/22. I see you billed my credit card but I do not have my hats. Where are they? Is this company a fraudulent outfit or just slow about shipping product?

Placed an order November 30th, it is now December 27,22, and I have just received my order plus additional hats. Hats are made in Asia good quality and value for the money. Not a scam after all.

100% scam. This site uses Tienda Hat site to trick you into.purchasing from them. Chinese fraudulent company.

This company is falsely and illegally advertising for products they do not send. Purchased what was advertised as a Stetson hat made in America, and received a cotton/polyester costume hat with a large sticker in it saying made in China. Their site needs to be shut down for fraud. Have reached out requesting refund but have not heard back yet and skeptical that I will hear anything back.
