Made and order and paid for next day delivery. 5 working days later the order is yet to arrive. No response from the supplier. Royal Mail status says “waiting for supplier to send the order”. No one answering. No way to cancel or refund an order yet to arrive.

They make their own concoction… I was expecting it to be the real thing but it came in a white container with a sticker slapped on. I’m not going to use as I have no idea what they put in it!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR PRODUCTS! Disgusting behaviour from this company. I had a huge issue with the black cream which caused my skin to break down and a huge infection set it. I had to attend urgent treatment centre in the early hours of the morning to receive treatment (antibiotics). I had to take time off from work and the clinician who treated me said I was very lucky to not have sepsis. I told TKTX about this and they refuse to take any responsibility for this even though they admitted that their products were at fault. They ignored my messages and emails for nearly 3 months as well. I need my tattoo covered over where the skin has been damaged by the cream.

Do not buy this just incase it does to you what it did to me. It burned so bad I had to go to A&E and they will not reply to my emails.
