I love this numbing cream. This is not my first time using it. I have used this several times for a lot of my tattoos. It lasts anywhere from 3 to 5 hours long i use this on my back and got my whole back shaded. In one session of 6 hours, I didn't feel it at all. I highly recommend this, and I will continue to use this
