Aucun agent anesthésiant à l'intérieur, c'est une simple crème sans intérêt, vérifiez bien la composition sur le site, il n'y a ni lidocaïne ni rien.
P.S : Je prends note de votre commentaire, mais vous n'avez pas répondu à mon e-mail, et en effet je n'ai pas été informé de ce changement.
Je dois la tester demain, et jeudi prochain, si il y a bien l'effet je supprimerais avec plaisir mon avis.

Hindrik, nous avons bien reçu ton avis.
C’est dommage que tu ne nous aies pas contactés avant, car dans le mail de commande et le mail de suivi, nous avons précisé que la crème contient bien des agents anesthésiants comme la lidocaïne et la prilocaïne, mais que les mots ont été retirés du tube et de la boîte. En effet, si les douanes voient ces mentions, elles saisissent le produit et infligent une amende.
Ne t’inquiète pas, tu ressentiras bien l’effet anesthésiant ! Dis-nous comment ça s’est passé.
Peux-tu s’il te plaît modifier ton avis ?
Les commandes de cette semaine contiennent d’ailleurs un nouveau flyer où tout cela est clairement indiqué.

Numbing cream (same day posting before 2pm)
Ordered the product before the 2pm cut off for same day posting , product did not arrive by royal mail until 3 days later which was too late for procedure, and after reaching out to company was told to contact royal mail who said it is the company who need to complain to get a refund not myself . Very unhelpful need to use a better courier

Probably the fake website you've bought is ignoring you and you have no choice complaining on the original website

NO SHOW - WHERES THE ORDER?!
The products are great and work really well… When they actually come! customer service is poor. I ordered 5 tubes a month ago and still haven’t seen any sign of them, after trying to contact them back I’ve had no luck at all in getting a response! C’mon now TKTX. Get your act together….

When you order with us you get a order confirmation mail, tracking mail and you can always find it back in your account.

Hello,
I received your TKTX 38% Gold product, and while the packaging seems authentic, the ingredient list shows no active anesthetic components (no lidocaine, no prilocaine, no benzocaine).
This is unacceptable for a product marketed as “38% extra strong”.
I demand a full refund or a replacement with a properly formulated product, or I will open a dispute with my payment provider and report your store for false advertising.
