My bank account got restricted after using this exchanger because of their scammer employee who asked a bank for refund as if it was a fraud operation. Apparently he wanted to get his money back after receiving crypto. For almost a year already they say that they'll fix it but nothing happens and they just delay it by various made-up reasons. During all this time my bank accounts are restricted and i can't use any of my banks normally.
