TITOBET is a fraudulent operator that confiscates players’ funds without justification. I won $1,295 in slots fairly, yet the casino arbitrarily seized $1,295 of my balance, leaving only $50. Customer support provided only generic, template responses and refused to give any real explanation. All relevant screenshots of my winnings, deposits, and withdrawals have been preserved as evidence. I have formally submitted a complaint to the regulator, Anjouan eGaming. This is a blatant mishandling of player funds and a complete lack of transparency. I strongly warn other players to avoid this casino. Update: It has been 2 weeks since my review was published. The casino has not responded publicly and continues to ignore my emails. The unresolved amount remains $1245. Update: The situation has worsened. The casino has now confiscated my remaining balance ($93) and fully blocked my account. The total amount confiscated is $1338, including my original deposits and winnings. Throughout the entire process, I never received any official email, no evidence, and no clear reference to specific Terms and Conditions. All explanations were inconsistent and only provided via live chat. What is especially concerning is that I was previously able to continue playing and even successfully withdraw smaller amounts, which clearly shows that my account was active. This indicates selective enforcement rather than a transparent and fair process. A complaint has already been submitted to Casino Guru and the regulator, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution.
